Buffalo Chicken Dip — YUM

Got this from my sister. I do not know where she got it.

Use a 13×9 baking dish (or two pie plates)

  • Boil, cool and shred 4 chicken breasts.
    • You can cool them AFTER you shred them (like I did) but boy will your fingertips be PISSED.
  • Spread two boxes of cream cheese on the bottom of the dish/es
    • Give in to the temptation to poke at the cream cheese and then lick it off your finger. Wash your hands
    • Repeat as above, but while eating dark chocolate. Hmmm. Now wash your hands again.
  • Spread the shredded cooled chicken evenly over the cream cheese
  • Drizzle with a bottle of hot wings sauce
  • Drizzle THAT with a bottle of bleu cheese dressing
  • Cover all with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly
    • Forget that you’re baking at 350 for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and burn the damn thing.
    • You did make the two pieplates version, right? Ok then, put the other one in the oven and be careful this time.
    • Salvage some of your burnt first attempt and make a nice wrap sandwich.
  • Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
    • And lipitor if you used the full-fat versions of all the ingredients
